Peoplevox launch online service portal to enable clients to log assets and service calls online
Clients of Peoplevox now benefit from being able to log service calls and view all their assets online.
One Client states that 'it is the first time a supplier has enabled us to view all the products we bought from them online, including all the facts on that product such as service cover and when the service agreements expire.'
He goes on to add: 'We can also print off a detailed graphical report of how many calls we logged, which products have been the most problematic and most importantly we can track when they were fixed'.
