Software support overview
Each member of our team has a minimum of 10 years developing and supporting software applications including warehouse management systems. With all software applications being written in-house, we own the source code and have it extremely well documented in case of issues popping up. For 3rd party software such as Microsoft technologies, we have a deep understanding plus certifications to ensure we can support your total warehouse management system.
All software related issues are logged as a ticket via the PeopleVox online Client portal. This ensures you receive your response in the contractually agreed time and that the issue is tracked to ensure we handle it to your satisfaction. When we receive your ticket, we assign it to the correct person. All our expert support engineers have remote mobile access to the Web portal to ensure we get the best most knowledgeable person dealing with your issue as quickly as possible. All progress if updated in the portal for you to see the live status and add any comments you may have.
What is not included in a maintenance support contract for a warehouse management system and inventory management software deployment? All these are services we deliver regularly at a fixed price quoted in advance.
At the point of issuing a warehouse management system software maintenance agreement, this can be viewed via the PeopleVox online Client portal. This includes a copy of the contract and then a summary with key data such as renewal dates, contract type and any tickets logged against that contract number. All this can be put into a report like your hardware assets and exported into Microsoft Excel.
