Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager's primary role is to recruit, enable, develop and train channel partners.

We need a Channel Manager with exceptional business insight and the ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers across a variety of industries.

Our vision is to expand Peoplevox globally and the Channel Manager will be a key player in supporting our expansion in the market.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an individual with strong experience in sales, ideally in the software industry, and experience of developing a channel model.

There is some travel required for this job to visit prospective partners and clients as well as the opportunity to work remotely for some of the time.

We prioritise being productive over being in an office 8-6 everyday and burning time commuting.

Desired:

BA or BSc
At least 3 years of channel sales experience with a track record of over-quota achievement as proven in interview process
Good sales practices and understanding of solution-oriented selling

Commission and Benefits

£45-£65k fixed plus variable.

On target earnings dependent on experience and track record of achievement.

Account Executive

The Account Executive position is responsible for successfully closing new clients each month by explaining the Peoplevox value proposition to inbound leads and gaining commitment to buy, primarily over the phone.

Target clients will largely consist of small and medium sized retailers in the UK and US. This position reports to the Sales Director and is based in London, UK.

The compensation package is generous and is set up so that top performers will make good money. The company was founded by a career sales executive who "gets" salespeople and sales compensation.

There is some travel required for this job to visit prospective clients as well as the opportunity to work remotely for some of the time.

We prioritise being productive over being in an office 8-6 everyday and burning time commuting.

The feedback from the sales people who joined in August was that despite the company being well established at 7 years old the sales team and go to market strategy has the agility of a startup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or BSc 
  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a track record of over-quota achievement as proven in interview process 
  • eCommerce or warehouse logistics experience is a plus
  • Good sales practices and understanding of solution-oriented selling 
  • Experience selling a technically-oriented product to small and medium sized businesses
