Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of setting up, configuring, testing and training Clients on the Peoplevox (PVX) Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the production of system release notes, ensuring every change to the system is captured, documented and published on the Peoplevox Knowledge Base prior to every release. 

The Implementation team is based in our Lodz office and all Client and Channel contact is remote. Interaction is conducted virtually using a host of market leading communication systems.

We are on a mission to build the best warehouse management system for e-commerce globally. Our software allows the likes of Barbour, Mothercare and Surfdome to compete with Amazon when it comes to fulfilling customer orders. We have over 100 Clients operating in 13 countries. Our headquarters are in the UK, where we are moving imminently to a new office in central London. You may be required to visit our London office as part of your duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Support new Client implementations so that the Client is up and running effectively in the shortest possible amount of time and serve as a system implementation subject matter expert throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Organising and delivering PVX related training to new and existing Clients. 
  • Explain the product features and functionality to Clients and how it relates to their business.
  • Respond to Client implementation related inquiries and direct the resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Understanding Client specific processes and recommending approaches to optimise their use of the PVX system.
  • Be / become a subject matter expert in warehouse operations.
  • Be / become a subject matter expert on PVX system configuration.
  • Own the resolution of complex configuration and process optimisation issues.
  • Be / become a PVX super user.
  • Support Sales team with technical consulting.
  • Support Implementation Consultants and Project Managers on specific project work packages.
  • Take ownership of complex non-technical support tickets.
  • Lead on internal trainings for new functionality from each software development sprint.
  • Data cleansing and database uploads.

The Implementation Specialist will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Implementation Project Manager

Peoplevox’s warehouse system for eCommerce projects span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique Client challenges we face daily. 

As a Project Manager at Peoplevox, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary warehouse management system (WMS) implementations using your project management expertise. 

You plan requirements with leading eCommerce Clients and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. 

Using your extensive projects and leadership expertise, you manage multiple projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes, managing integrations & testing whilst driving the implementation of your projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with internal and Client teams to manage multiple, simultaneous WMS implementation projects from inception through to completion and transition into live service.
  • Gather requirements and define proper project scopes. Manage resource allocation for projects. Work with Clients to develop plans and schedules, with well-defined milestones. Ensure relentless attention to the critical path.
  • Manage communication of progress/status with Clients in various locations and timezones; own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.
  • Define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities; drive process development and continuous improvement.
  • Remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Handle and resolve commercial challenges and escalations without the need of leadership intervention.

Skills & competencies

The Project Manager will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Fantastic written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of large scale project management experience within a Technology Environment. Specific experience of managing ERP system implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or Warehouse System projects would be of benefit. 
  • Demonstrated ability/experience to manage complex projects involving team members from multiple disciplines and geographies; experience within complex organisational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).
  • A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritisation, multitasking, problem-solving and organizational skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to make things happen and get results in matrix management structure.
  • Prince 2 practitioner or equivalent.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing driven environment.

Content Marketing Manager

As a fast growing tech company  in the e-commerce industry we are looking to expand our brand and we currently need help shaping and executing our content marketing strategy.

We are looking for a content writer with a huge passion for marketing or a marketer who loves writing compelling and interesting B2B content. 

You should be a passionate and talented content creator who loves to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. E-commerce experience / interest preferred. 

You will be be working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager executing content and digital tactics.  The role is reporting into the Global Head of Marketing. 

This is a fulltime position to be based out of our Moorgate office.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and oversee monthly editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content pieces
  • Create content pieces to drive leads, subscribers, awareness and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, how to guides, email campaigns, templates etc.)
  • Edit and proofread content in accordance to AP style and brand guidelines
  • Measure and track content KPIs including traffic, keyword rankings, leads, social shares and more
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales professional and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our target audience
  • Draft social media content
  • Create, edit and deploy content and make changes to the website
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise the user funnel

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years working in a content marketing writer role
  • Experience and/or interest in the e-commerce industry preferred
  • Experience working at a tech startup preferred
  • Highly creative with experience in creating content and campaigns that engage, inform and motivate our readers and audience
  • Understanding of the buyer’s journey and what content is needed for each stage of the marketing funnel

Product Manager

As a fast growing tech company in the e-commerce industry we are looking to expand our brand and we are currently on the look-out for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love, someone who can guide and inspire their team members while working with cross functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver our company’s vision and strategy. 

As Product Manager you are in charge of maximising business value from our products, extending from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You possess a unique blend of business and tech savvy; a big picture visionary with the drive to make that vision a reality. 

You are a born communicator, strategist and ideas man or woman and you feel comfortable being the hub between engineering, user interface, business and marketing teams and even if you are mainly experienced in one or two, you are passionate about all three and conversant with practitioners in all.

You will work with our engineering team to define product release requirements, marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer and you will also serve as the internal and external product evangelist building awareness and understanding.

Skills & Competencies

Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager's primary role is to recruit, enable, develop and train channel partners.

We need a Channel Manager with exceptional business insight and the ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers across a variety of industries.

Our vision is to expand Peoplevox globally and the Channel Manager will be a key player in supporting our expansion in the market.

Account Executive

The Account Executive position is responsible for successfully closing new clients each month by explaining the Peoplevox value proposition to inbound leads and gaining commitment to buy, primarily over the phone.

Target clients will largely consist of small and medium sized retailers in the UK and US. This position reports to the Sales Director and is based in London, UK.

The compensation package is generous and is set up so that top performers will make good money. The company was founded by a career sales executive who "gets" salespeople and sales compensation.

The feedback from the sales people who joined in August was that despite the company being well established at 7 years old the sales team and go to market strategy has the agility of a startup.
