Medical document management system deployed at Phlexglobal

Earlier in 2010, Phlexglobal, a specialist global Contract Research Organisation, went live on PeopleVox medical document management system.

Main aims of the project: track where sensitive Client documents are, where they have been and who processed the documents at every stage.

Industry: Pharmaceutical, headquarters in Amersham, UK

Solution implemented: DocuVox (part of AssetVox suite) medical document management system for document tracking using barcode scanning. With this software, Motorola barcode readers were deployed in the UK and US. These were the MT2090 scanners on a wireless network.
